I received exactly what I ordered, and it was delivered at the time I was told it would be. I use this for a problem connected with the cancer I have and am dependent on getting what I need so I will continue to order in the future the way I have done in the past. This is the only lip balm that my lips don’t have a bad reaction before, during and after chemotherapy and radiation. It’s buttery but doesn’t leave a greasy/oily feeling. It’s also my go-to after exfoliation. My lips are always feeling soft and hydrated.

First looked at this lip balm bcuz they don't allow any Petroleum in it....which is a serious health risk coming from Waste-Products of the Gasoline processing industry ..whose corporations do t care that Petroleum is a CARCINOGEN ...cancer-causing chemical! All they care about is not having to find ways to dispose of this bulky goo left over from burning down Oil Well fluids for Kerosene & Gasoline, etc. There is no way to dispose of these chemicals that will be safe for Earth's soil, waters & air, so they came up with Petrolatum, for its textural uses before it was found out to be Carcinogenic!Anyway, this excellent lip balm has none in ur, but gas great beneficial oils, creme salves that feel wonderful on dry or sore lipskun, ecenwhen ut feltlijemy lips were veing chewed off, after smoothing in this "Phys Assist ONCOLOGY LIP BALM", I was soothed & comforted, no more soreness! The soothing lasted & lasted!I only gave 4 Stars bcuz the price is high, even for a 3-Pack...(there was no other amount for selection)..it's a lot to afford when u have no real income. I gave no other complaints for this excellent product. I don't wear lipsticks, only Lip Gloss & Balms. I now am convinced this is worth it's expense, for its excellence.Highly recommend it

I bought this after my usual lip balm ran out. I had some doubts, but I was desperate. I’m so glad I did. This lip balm is amazing. I wish I’d found it sooner. It glides on smoothly and easily and it stays there. I do reapply every so often, but only to increase. It moisturizes perfectly for anyone who uses it. The flavor is pleasant, not overwhelming. Again, it glides on so easily. I love it. My daughter and my niece get chapped lips (neither has cancer, thank God.) I gave them each a tube to try and both were leary at first. Both came to me and said how well the product worked, how impressed they are, and asked how they could purchase more. I gave them the link so I expect they’ll order more soon. This product is so impressive.

I do not have cancer, but I have had a split in my upper lip for two years that would not heal. It would bleed when I ate, yawned or sneezed. My primary care provider said it was a lip fissure and might need expensive laser treatment. I tried several lip balms and creams and finally ordered Oncology Lip Balm. In ten days of frequent use, my fissure is closed. My lips feel great and I am so happy. The balm is smooth, never sticky and the peppermint never caused any discomfort. I highly recommend this product for anyone who has lip problems of any kind for any reason.

This product is designed for sensitive lips & skin that has had to endure chemo or medical treatments. It is supposed to be natural & moisturizing. Personally, I did not find it to be as moisturizing as advertised. It is ok, fair at that task. It actually stung when applied to my lips. It was a burning sensation. The peppermint oil in this product is the smell of this balm. I can say for me that is the ingredient I was sensitive to. Overall, it is not a bad product, but not super moisturizing for the super parchment that occurs with medical treatments. It does not have any color to it, so it is clear on the lips. Not super glossy either. If you are not having medical treatments this may be a good product to use. Medical treatments make your body sensitive to a whole myriad of things so this product would be good for use other than after medical treatments.

I purchased because I have Sjorgrens Syndrome and have dry mouth and lips. Great organic lip balm and size to fit in my purse and keep on my nightstand. not sure if there is other fragrances as I would definitely purchase.
