Ozeri14" Green Ceramic Wok by, with Smooth Ceramic Non-Stick Coating (100% PTFE and PFOA Free)

This wok is much bigger than I expected but has really come in handy. As long as you season it with oil as instructed the surface is very non stick. I haven’t put this through the dishwasher (it won’t fit anyway) and just washed at the sink. It’s non stick surface means it cleans quickly. I then wipe a little oil back onto the surface with kitchen towel to season again. Sounds like a faff but it isn’t. Highly recommended.

It cooks really well, I used high flash point oil and fried it for a few minutes with nothing in to season it. Wiped with kitchen paper and then used it with good results. Very easy clean. Would have scored much higher if the lid had fitted better. Ordered two by mistake and have put one away to keep as I don't think frying pans etc last more than a couple of years but so far seems very high quality, plus its massive so fewer spills therefore fewer difficult cleanups.

I have used the wok several times over the past couple of weeks now and it is fabulous. I like the fact that the wok is 100% PTFE and PFOA free and has an excellent non-stick coating. Whether it is stir-frys or curries or even frying fritters, the wok has delivered nicely. It heats up evenly and quickly. Because of its coating, I have noticed that I need to use less oil for cooking (stir fry or curry preparation) than I normally do which is a very good feature. Cleaning the wok is also super easy. I have been hand washing it and it is quick & easy. And bonus points for the bright colour. Overall, a good quality product that comes recommended.

After just 7 months it falls off now we cannot use it is to dangerous we did try but goes all dirty is it safe!We want our money back got to see how to contact Amazon!

Fabulous wok and it's relieving to know you are cooking without leaching heavy metals like lead and cadmium into your food. We've also bought the Ozeri/Great Earth frying pans and their large saucepan. Great range of products, inexpensive, better than other brands on the market which are actually coated with silicone or non stick which isn't great for you. Ceramic coating is the way to go.
