It depends on how windy it is in your area but it is fine on my porch and it is rather breezy here. They are not extremely comfortable but also not uncomfortable.

Does the table come with chairs?

Yes. And very sturdy as well. Everything comes folded in a flat box

I’ve had my set outside and never had an issue. Held up beautifully through winters.
