Easy and accurate ketone check
Seem to be very accurate. I brought them for myself and husband to use, which was handy as you have to use them within 100 days and if you’re only testing once a day.... you do the maths.It’s easy to read but I did have to look online for the optimal mmol level for keto fat burning, but still handy to check you’re in ketosis

Discoloured on open and did not work
Dark brown colour on opening and no change in colour after use with 24hrs of fasting completed. Before and after photos attached. Suggest alternative test.

I'm not sure. As I have not eaten sugar and been on keto I have only had the lightest match and thought great. Found out it should match the darker end if in ketosis. So can't say which way it's meant to be so I'm confused.Feel I may have wasted my money
