ZIPPER ISSUE

I just bought this product not more than a week ago, i don't know if its just my particular bag or all bag, but the zipper gets stuck everytime I open/close the bag. To think, I paid around $200 for a bag, id atleast expect better quality. I would like a replacement or partial refund.
