Well its machined to fit a 37 mm ring but comes with adapters for 25 and 30mm also. You have to find out what the female adapter size is on your camera. If its not one of those sizes you can always buy adapters to fit other sizes...hope that helps :)

Q: Will this fit the iPhone video rig by Photojojo which has a 37mm mount?

If it has a 37 mm mount it should fit. I have never used the iPhone rig but there is no reason why it shouldn't. 37 mm is 37mm. Hope this helped.
