The worst product from grenade I've ever used. It'll give you random headaches during workouts and lowers your libido to a ridiculous lower level and let's say you do get the mood the longer it's going the worst the headache will get don't even think about finishing the shooting pain almost had me going to the hospital

Love this product!! when you can't take the calories in you know your getting the needed aminos to fuel your muscles!! You know it works when you've worked out hard & don't feel sore the next day:)

I really like BCAA capsules. They work great at recovery time and also give you a little extra push weather its working out at the gym, around the house, cutting the grass or anything that usually gets you super tired afterwards. It helps alot with recovery i can tell because the next day after some rediculous task at home i dont have that shaky, achy leg feeling or anything from overdoing it. I really like this package because you get 150 capsules where most only come with about 60. Great product i had the opportunity to honestly review at a discounted rate or for free.
