Replaced The speed controller and the battery and was back to running over my grandpa again.

My son's 24v realtree utv would intermittently drive. Some times fast sometimes slow sometimes not at all. Did some testing of things. I wiggled the wires and determined this box was needed replacement. Plugged right in and works like new. I will say these do not like to get wet. If you leave this outside and it gets wet it will act up again. Best thing to do is to unscrew the heat sink from the black plastic box and put silicone around the seam to seal it so water doesn’t get inside. It messes up the relay inside. Do that and you’ll be fine. Best value on here for same part. Note. I used 2 18v batteries instead of the tired 24v and let me tell you this thing moves. He actually keeps up with our 48v golf cart lol.

It doesn’t fit my sons vehicle even though the company website specifically said it did. The connectors are not the same as our car.. and since my 4 yr old damaged the box I couldn’t return it(they wouldn’t take it back). Live and Learn
