Was looking for something a bit stiffer than another fill-in cushion. This worked perfectly by filling in the sagging seat and providing a firm, flat, surface for my 3 inch seat cushion.

This cushion is firm and supportive, but it is very comfortable. Most transport chairs have a sling-like, nylon seat that tends to sag in the middle--which is not comfortable. Since this cushion is convex on the bottom, it keeps the sag out out of the seat, and since it's flat on the top, it makes a level seat. I am very pleased with the cushion, and I highly recommend it. I did not rate for pain-relief, since I don't use it for that.

Works perfect for the seat sag on my moms wheel chair, However, when she tried it on the back of her chair, it caused her severe pain. I told her it was because of no padding, but there wasn't enough room for her to put a thick pad in between the her back and this board.. She has severe osteoarthritis. I told her to change it to the seat only and put the cushion I bought her on top of that. So far so good. I think it helps with her ability to get in and out of chair more easily because she is not sunk down in seat. Also, I think it helps hips align her hips as she sits in chair. Her hips don't get shifted to one side as it used to. I would have to pull the cushion underher bottom and try to straighten out her hips. Now she just sits down equidistant and this relieve the pain in her spine.

Helped seating position and comfort for my mother-in-law. Good product. Corrected most all of the concave sling effect. Glad this product is available

VERY pleased with this seat support! I had ordered two different supports from other companies in the past and they didn't hold up well with their cheap foam and they were always shifting. THIS support is exceptionally well made with velcro straps to hold it in place and a nicely stitched cover made of a slip resistant fabric that keeps my cushion in place. I am confident it will hold up for a very long time.If you're looking for a seat support, I highly recommend spending a few extra dollars to get this! I think you'll be as pleased as I am! :)

Don't fit, my wheelchair don't have one big enough for my wheelchair moves too much.

Got this for my Mom’s wheel chair. The seat had a little sag but the cushion fixed the problem. Remember - you have to put another cushion on top.
