Love this stuff -- a terrific backup source of heavy cream, especially important for those on a low-carb diet, as I am. I'd always heard it makes a great fruit salad too (Yes, low-carbers are allowed the occasional fruit.:-)) I simply substituted the sugar in the recipe for stevia, and it was delicious -- and so much healthier than sugar-laden treats.

Cans arrived deeply dented
It took 2 weeks for shipping than they arrived deeply dented (which dented cans are the biggest culprit of botulism) so I will not be able to use half of them
