Sizing is American, so huge!
SIZING IS AMERICAN; M fits me just right and I am based in the uk. In real inches i am 46" chest and 38" waist. I have a long back and these are just right for me in the body. I use these as winter sleep suit as i hate pyjama tops rucking up. The back flap is as previously decribed and with 1 button only.. Considering how many buttons on the front it seems silly. . May remedy with small patch velcro. The material is not thick andbokay to wear under regular clothes. Good to sleep in and for the money not bad overall, get it, 'overall' :-)

ITS NOT ABOUT ELEGANCE ... IT'S WARMTH!
Not the most elegant item you may decide to wear but if you bought it to keep you warm it's an excellent choice.Note for the boys: If your wife or girlfriend is lounging about in a basque ... make a bit more effort in what you wear. Your cat may like it but can't see women being turned on.Well made and size pretty much as expected.

Disappointed
I ordered this and was so excited for it to arrive. Once it did I put it on and was disappointed. It fit and was comfortable however the bum bit only had 1 button and left a massive gap so you would have to wear underwear underneath this. I ended up going somewhere else and spending more money and it was so worth it!

Cheaper in the warmer months but....
Been purchasing these for a long time but recently noticed a change in the quality.Only M L and XL so if you're a diddy person you'll be swamped, particularly with length.The quality is let down by the stitching.Holes appear in armpits and crotch at the join.
