Love my little Chimenea!
This is my second one: bought the first one in May 2022, so it lasted a little over two years, and it has had a LOT of use. You can see it, all rusty, in the background, and I replaced it because the metal on the "shoulders" had rusted right through.Yes, they rust within minutes of being used, but I just don't worry about it. Nothing wrong with some shabby chic in the garden, and once it's gone brown all over, just think of it as russet, rather than rusty. They are very easy to assemble, I had no problems at all with holes not lining up: there is quite a lot of wiggle room and it's easy, even single handed, to put it together.I did make one mod, which I will detail for you now (skip this bit if you're not interested) because the previous one would fill up with water when it rained, even though I would always pop the lid on once I was done for the day. This was unpleasant - soggy ash, and the worry of the bottom rusting through - so this time, I put on the legs, then drilled three smallish holes in the very bottom of the bowl: took the small grill which is supposed to go in the chimney, plonked that in the bottom of the bowl and twisted some wire through my new drainage holes, to hold the grid in place. Then I just slid the "main" grid inside, and laid the fire on it as usual. So now the bottom will fill up with ash as usual - I don't scrape it all out every time I use it, I think that a bit of insulation in the bottom of the bowl is a good thing - but any water can percolate through the ash and exit from the drainage holes.Sorry, I didn't think to take a picture before I used it...As others have said, it's not particularly thick steel (the legs are cast iron but the rest of it is steel) but it's sturdy, it sits very solidly on the slab, it never, ever falls over: and the mesh door does stop most of the bits falling out, so it's very safe to use.

Great for camping
Easily fits under the bed in the camper van, lightweight and easy to move, gives out a lot of heat, made a grill for the flue and it now does perfect jacket spuds or fried bacon and eggs, just perfect. didn't expect it to be this good

Poor quality.
Poor quality. A waste of money. Rusted already although kept in shed. Difficult to light, smoky. Not fit for purpose
