These melatonin gummies work like a charm. They taste fine (they're not meant to be candy btw). Anyways, I've tried all types of melatonin supplements- these are the only ones that work like a charm for me. I take them, and within like 20 minutes I'm sleeping like a baby and wake up feeling refreshed the next morning. And they're made in the U.S., so I know I'm getting the real thing (I live in East Asia...trust me, supplements made in certain countries are NOT being made honestly...I won't name them, but basically I only trust supplements made in the U.S.). If something is going on or in my body, I spend the extra money to buy products made and shipped from the U.S. to my home in Seoul (Korea). Seen too many horror stories and real cases of fraudulent labeling and ingredients in other countries.

Purchased for 12 year old granddaughter when some nights difficulty falling asleep. These bad boys really work! My 5&6 yr old grandsons are two tough cookies with a ton of energy but when it's time for me to wind down at night, I need them to wind down too and these go to work in about 15 mins. Life saver!
