Has the problem with the wrong sticker set shipping been fixed? The labels for this advertised item had been applied to the wrong product.

I do not understand the question... I ordered Pusheen cat stickers and received that product no problems.

They were a gift so I am not sure…but I doubt that they are completely waterproof. Also, if the online description doesn’t say they are, I am sure they’re not.
