Moen T6125P Kingsley Two-Handle High-Arc Widespread Bathroom Faucet, Valve Required, Polished Brass

We upgraded our guest bathroom and went with Moen due to past experience with their products and lifetime warranty. The installers said the redo to the Moen plumbing valve fixtures was easy and connecting to the Moen faucets was a snap. We love the design and how easy they are to keep clean. We have had to contact Moen about issues in the past, after many years usage, and they have always been pleasant to deal with while replacing the parts free of charge, including shipping. FYI - we also redid the main bathroom (2 sinks) with Moen but in oil rubbed bronze but put a separate review (same as this) on their purchase.

Very nice faucets but has to use a separate valve package underneath the sink and valve handles increases the total cost.

The box this item can in was taped. When the plumber got here to install he showed me that there was a scratch on the water spout. He had already taken our sink apart and was ready to put it on when he noticed the scratch! so i am in hope that you can deduct some or credit us for this damage. If I have to take it apart and return the item and them pay the plumber to come again it would be very costly to you. Please let me know what you will do to adjust the price!Dennis Erardi

I am not a fan of polished brass/gold in general. However, I had no choice but to replace the existing fixtures as the interior valves had rotted. I opted to stick with polished brass/gold since many other items, including our shower doors, have it. Well, I really love these fixtures! They are classy, have a very sturdy and high quality feel, and the high spout really dresses up the room. I am very pleased with this purchase and actually am enjoying the color!

You must purchase the valve and drain assembly with the handles to install it. It went together in a very short time. The problem was with removing the old valves and handles which required cutting them off with a Dremel grinding wheel. I hope that when it comes time to remove these, they can be removed easily. I put anti-sieze compound on the threads (available at an auto parts store) which might help. Probably ought to keep it off the finished surfaces to prevent their corrosion (which I did). Only time will tell however.

Moen is a great company, they stand by their products. I've used Moen as well as other companies before and went back strictly to Moen.

Great faucet. I installed 2 and they are great. However, the rods for connecting the drain plug to the rod on the faucet are too short for my large sink. I need longer ones. I cannot find the parts on their website and customer service has not called me back after 2 1/2 hours.Update. My plumber came for a 2nd service call to install the rods sent but they are the wrong ones. His parts department is trying to locate parts. I am calling Moen again, hopefully they can send the right parts to make the drain plug work.
