These glasses replaced a set of Lenox balloon glasses we had for years after the last two finally broke. The Krosno balloon glasses were the closest I could find to our old Lenox glasses. They are a little larger but they are working out just fine.

Item came with 6 glasses in a box with NO INTERNAL DIVIDERS. Glasses had shifted within the box and arrived broken. The manufacturer's packaging and shipping carton were complete undamaged, this was due to faulty manufacturer packaging. Manufacturer needs to provide better packaging to prevent damage to items.

It appears the manufacturer has addressed the problems with poor packaging leading to breaking in shipping. It came triple boxed: the printed box containing the glasses inside another cardboard box with foam spacers, and finally the Amazon box. No breakage!The glasses themselves are a little on the thin side, especially where the stem meets the bowl. I just got them, so I don't know how durable they are.

These Krosno glasses are not durable at all. 2 of 6 glasses arrived broken. Krosno needs to find better shipping material.

I’ve ordered these glasses twice in the last month. The first box of 6 arrived with 5 intact & 1 with a hairline crack. I need 6 glasses to serve my family, so I decided the loss of 1 glass was minor, kept the box, & ordered 1 more box. The second box arrived with 3 intact glasses & 3 shattered glasses. I’m seriously thinking of eating the loss (again) & keeping the 3 useable glasses just to give me enough of a matching set — yes, at double the cost I should’ve paid. I like these glasses, but I should have paid more attention to the reviews that said the glasses arrive broken. Save yourselves some money & aggravation & buy something sturdier.
