Q: How many mounting bolts and by any chance, how far apart are they???

There are four mounting bolts 1 1/2 " apart in each direction, vertical and horizontal. that's one and one half inch

Yes, this comes with a net and 4 machine screws. The holes are spaced 1-3/8" apart on center.

Q: Does it work with the Sklz Pro Mini Hoop system?

No, this rim does not fit the SKLZ hoops. You should not try any retrofitting either as our rims are too heavy for SKLZ products.

Nice replacement

The hoop on the original (justintymesports) set up was too small for our family room.This larger rim fit the existing backboard and solved our problem.
