Is the yellow bento box the same dimensions as the spider man one? In the picture it looks longer.

this bento box is much bigger and than the spiderman box and it brings utensils.

Will this keep pasta warm ?

Pasta would make a huge mess in this lunch box, it's really just for "dry" foods like sandwiches, grapes, cheese etc. Anything like pasta or yogurt would spill over between the dividers as they don't go all the way up to the lid. I can't say if it would stay warm but I don't think so.

If I don’t add the ice pack, will it leak?

It leaks even with the ice pack, as the dividers don't go all the way up to the top. It's great for keeping "dry" foods cold and separated, like sandwiches, grapes etc but can't handle anything like applesauce or yogurt.
