Good product ,but more work than capsules.
It was really inconvenient to measure it out and mixit. I prefer capsules now but with some one else itmight work well. The product is excellent.

Granules, not a powder
Want others to know this product is crystals, larger than table salt, not a powder. I was specifically looking for a powder to incorporate into shampoos and lotions so this will not work for me.I am going to keep it and give it to my animals for their health, but am not happy because I only needed this larger quantity for topical usage, so now I have a lot of product.

Awesome health benefits from this product, trusted company, great value!
I have been taking this powder orally each morning when I rise and most nights before bed. After nearly one month I am very pleased with it. I think I may try an organic type of sulfur next time to see if there is a difference, but if there isn't I am coming back to this brand. Like their oils, I really like the "Now" brand a lot. I like how inexpensive this is since I wasn't sure how it would be to take a powder form of MSM. So some benefits I have noticed below.1). my nails are growing like crazy. Probably sounds cliche, but I am a nail biter (nasty habit, I know), so that is saying a lot for me. My nails will likely take some time to be strong after and entire life time of biting, but I am noticing that even when I file them down they are growing back quickly. The normal growth that I would see in 30 days I am seeing in like maybe 2.5 weeks. So that is pretty exceptional.2). I am only 32, but I have a family history of Arthritis and other joint-related issues. I have noticed that my joints feel less stiff and creeky (you know that noise they make when you walk up stairs, or sit or stand etc.) It has decreased by as much as 50% in my own opinion. I am working out too, but in the past nothing was helping as much.3). Many people are commenting on how radiant my skin looks. I have nice skin, thanks to God and the genes He gave me, but I have noticed that my skin has a more healthy glow and less break out, even though because I am a person who works out and I sweat a lot, I usually have break outs on my face, chest and back, it NEVER fails and I just have had much of that in the last 30 days.4). Very inexpensive and will last you for a long time.5). I found no known affects that it would have with other medications during my research.I have heard this will also increase hair growth, but I can't comment either way. I have been keeping my hair braided because it is hot and I am lazy so I haven't seen much of my hair this summer. But if I notice anything out of the ordinary I will be sure to update.Potential Cons:1). Bitter taste, but I chase it with water and sometimes a lemon because I have read taking it with vitamin C is better and makes it work more efficiently. The taste doesn't really affect me much. I'm pretty hard core so I take a teaspoon and put it directly in my mouth and then drink water. I have also put it in morning smoothies and my Spark Advocare drink, which is perfect because it is 100% of my daily vitamin C2). I got some gnarly head aches a few times when taking this. I am 100% convinced that I didn't drink enough water those days. On average I was already drinking about 8-10 glasses per day before I started taking this so I wasn't worried about not getting enough water. During my research I read that it could be a problem, especially if you drink Alcohol (I maintain a strict alcohol-free lifestyle), if you are not getting enough H2O. Luckily I have only had a few days where I was running around and forgot my water bottle so I suffered the consequences, so please beware you need to drink water.Otherwise, I love this stuff and plan to continue using it as a daily supplement. The shipping was on time and what you see in the pictures is what you get!

Not the Best Flavor, But Still Effective!
I recently purchased MSM powder and wanted to share my thoughts. First off, the taste is definitely an acquired one—it has a musty, earthy flavor that reminds me a bit of a musty armpit. However, I found that mixing it with collagen or vitamin C really helps to mask the taste, making it much more palatable.Despite the flavor, I’ve noticed some positive effects since I started using it, and I can confidently say it’s a winner for me. If you're brave enough, you can even take it on its own; the taste isn't unbearable, just a bit unusual.Overall, I plan to continue using this MSM powder as part of my routine. If you're looking for the benefits and are willing to experiment with flavors, this product is worth trying!

An honest review: it works!
I bought this MSM mid May of this year and wanted to wait awhile to give an honest review. In the past few years MSM has been often touted by YouTube natural hair gurus as a definite way to grow your hair faster and thicker. I have alopecia (in certain spots and my hair grows in patchily in other spots on my head) related to some medical issues and wanted to see if these claims were true. It couldn’t hurt. Or it could... but I needed to see for myself anyway.I read a ton of reviews on the different brands of MSM and what the other benefits are, like joint pain relief and whatnot. I didn’t want to spend $40 on some huge bag that was recommended by one of the bigger YT-ers, just in case it didn’t work. Since I have used NOW supplements and vitamins over the years and have never had an issue with them, I thought I’d try this one. The price was also very right and it had good reviews on here and other sites. That’s not necessarily a guarantee of quality as we all know, but I did my due diligence. If it didn’t work, I wasn’t out a ton of money or anything.So... what they say is true about the gastrointestinal issues at first. I’ll admit I also have IBS symptoms after eating certain foods, so I’m sure that doesn’t help. Luckily I read you should start with a very small dosage and work your way up, so it wasn’t as bad as it could have been. I almost quit taking my daily dosage mixed with water but persevered. The symptoms went away after a 2-3 weeks. Now on to the results. My hair is actually growing in in the sparse patches for the first time in years! I’ve only been taking my usual supplements daily (along with the 5-7 dosages a week of 1 teaspoon of MSM), which I’ve been taking for a long time: 120 mg of ferrous sulfate with 500 mg of vitamin c, 10,000 mg of vitamin D (these 3 are doctor mandated), plus 2-3 capsules of 720 mg of Swanson’s turmeric for mood and joint pain (they help a lot). The vitamin D and iron help keep what hair I have on my head from falling out and also keep me from, you know, dying of low red blood cell count. The only thing I can assume that’s done the deed was the MSM. It’s not growing in all wildly or quickly, but it’s growing. That’s all that matters to me.I didn’t go get a haircut for the past few months on purpose and my barber did confirm today that my hair is actually growing in all over. My partner has also noticed as well. I’m ecstatic. As for joint pain? I’m not sure if that’s helping. It’s not been as bad as it was earlier this year, but that could also be for other reasons.

Not for me
You have to be careful with how much you start off with. It's very over powering at least to me. Please consult your doctor before consuming.
