Worked well on my Chevy Sonic 1.6L front crank seal
Was a little fiddly getting the legs for the remover into place inside the crank seal, but once I got them in there the toll worked great.Fitting the new seal was a breeze with the installation tools.

Works pretty good.
It's a good kit for the price. The only thing I've been able to successfully remove with the removal tool is throttle blade shaft bearings on a hyster forklift. Let's just say I was out of options and I was able to adapt and overcome.

unfortunately it didn't work at all as an extractor. spent 40 minutes digging and prying with screwdrivers after attempting to remove a perfectly functional seal; the tool was successful in ripping it up, but was great for installing the new seal.

Cheap plastic crap. Buy the metal ones.
Cheap plastic crap, the manual that came with this tool shows metal ones being used, thats because you NEED metal ones! The plastic ones distort and want to press the seals in at an angle / cocked.

It's a wonderful piece of tool to have as a mechanic and it will make changes those cam seal very easy. You won't go wrong with this tool.
