I have been a smoker for a long time, I've tried vaping, patches etc, but nothing could help me stop. I saw an advert for these nicotine pods on Google and thought I would give them a go. I am truly amazed, when I put one under my lip it seemed to start working immediately, while it's in place you don't even think about a cigarette. I'll be using these gor a while until I can stop smoking totally. I really recommend.

They definitely stopped my cravings and I only had to take one a day.Impressed as I was a heavy smoker.Taste very much of bi-carb of soda which was bit perturbing, made my top lip a bit sore, but to be fair I got the strong type.
