Great bike... but needs brake and derailer adjustments right out of the box
This was a birthday gift to our 11 year old son. He LOVES it, and it fits him well. I was hoping the frame was touch bigger, but it's fine. It's definitely a kid's sized bike. The biggest issue with this bike is that the derailer and brake set ups need to be tuned before one can really use it... and that's right out of the box. I would think they'd be tuned during preassembly, but it seems they're just bolted on. It took a bit of finesse to get them all to work correctly, but when they do, the bike is truly nice for the price! My son is stomping all over rough terrain in it and loving it.

Good for the price. Lubed the front shocks and swapped grips.
Pros:ā¢Good price for what you get compared to other brands.ā¢Front disc brake is rare on kids bikes, works well. Big selling point for me.ā¢Shimano 7 speed twist shifter works well.ā¢Solid frame with screws for water bottles.Cons:ā¢Bike is a little heavy, steel frame (same as other bikes in that price range).ā¢Front suspension wouldn't move at all. Had to remove the seal (pictured) and fill upper tube with grease for it to work.ā¢Front suspension is spring type, not gas (typical on cheap kids bikes).ā¢Grips slide off while riding, replaced with a locking grip.ā¢Kickstand was a little long, trimmed it.ā¢Tightening axle nut too much will strip the threads. Did that while installing training wheels. Doh!ā¢Flat spotted the rear tire quickly when sliding to a stop.Remember that the rear derailer means that most training wheels won't fit without an extension to clear it.Now that the suspension works and the grips stay on, it's a pretty good bike. Just wish it was a little lighter, but aluminum frames are another $100.

Wheels and break not correct for the bike
I took the bike to tight the brakes and 2 places told me they will not do it because the rear wheel is not for those breaks. Does wheels are for disc breaks, so I had to manually do it myself and Iām not sure at this point this will be a safe bike for my 7 year old. Also this was her birthday gift

Very easy ride
I didn't take any pictures. However, I will upload a video on my next ride. I absolutely love this bike. I'm 5'2 and the height is great. It's 20in and light weight. The only draw back is I wished it was 22in in height. I felt like my knees came up a bit far while riding. However, I noticed my fiance knees did the same and he has a 24in and he's 6'3. Nevertheless, the ride was extremely comfortable. I put a wider seat on mine for comfort. The fat tires are great. I drove off the curb and barely felt the dipš¤£š¤£. The handlebars are a good distance for me. I may bring them in a bit closer(maybe). Shifting gears was a breeze. This is my very first mountain bike so I'm still learning the gears. My previous bike was a huffy closer. This bike makes biking fun. All in all I LOVE THIS BIKEā£ā£ It was totally worth the purchase. I will definitely be purchasing more bikes for my children and grandchildren.

Everything is broken
We bought this bike almost two years ago but my son had problems learning how to ride without training wheels so it was only used a handful of times. He would try, fall and then give up. Well last month we took the pedals off and had him use it like a balance bike. It worked. We put the peddles back on and he was good to go. But the gears donāt change and the break broke off. Of course he crashed a bunch, but he has only been riding it daily for the past two months and it is just falling apart. I would say donāt get this bike if your child is going to learn to ride on it because it can not withstand the crashes.
