Jazzing up your economy vintage
A very attractive and useful addition to one's wine cellar, closet, or rack. Without question, well aeriated wine does taste better. There is no plug to "protect" one's leftovers, but so far my wife and I have not found one necessary. We usually have half a bottle remaining from the first use, and finish it off in the next day or two. My sister-in-law, a PhD scientist, never puts a stopper on her leftover wine, either. When using this decanter, I am careful in its handling, as I have no wish to test its fragility and pouring out the last couple of ounces can be awkward. We bought this to replace a plain glass decanter which had become badly stained with frequent washing. So far this one shows no sign of becoming opaque.

Imperfect
Looks poorly made. Slight hazy glass and not crystal clear. Definitely not William Sonoma or Crate & Barrel standard. The glass is on the thicker side. I will say it’s closer to something you can find at Ross or TJ Max for around $10.Mine came with a defect. The tip or the glass has a black stain, looks as if someone marked it with a Sharpy and can’t be wiped off.

Nice lightweight glass decanter
Very nice, somewhat lightweight decanter. I received one with a very small chip in the lip. I contacted the customer service rep, sent a pic and immediately got sent a replacement. Very appreciative of the top notch customer service.

Even more beautiful in person
Even more beautiful in person. It's light weight and delicate so an easy pour, but it's a high quality piece so it feels durable.The fluted design helps the wine breathe thereby slightly minimizing the alcohol content to divulge the true myriad of flavors that exist in the wine of choice. This piece looks really sleek on the table and at a super affordable price. I highly recommend it!

Pairs excellent with my chardonnay!
Ordered this wine decanter because it seemed practical. I already own two of them, but this one looked sleeker.So far I've used it two times and it's worked great. I love wine so much, so this seemed like a no-brainer.I'm extremely happy with my purchase, and just ordered 2 cases of wine so that this decanter will never be empty!Excellent purchase, worth the price!

Very beautiful design. Made of thick material. I gave it as a gift and say anything about the long wear use but I would buy it for myself if I needed one.
