This product seems to provide my grandson the correct amount of pressure that helps him stay calm when faced with frustrating circumstances.

It's comfortable and fits well. I like the weights and the interior pockets. I am an adult male and it's ok to put on (5'" and 145lbs). However, i think it might be easier to put on myself if instead of the velcro on the side they had a velcro piece that folded around the front.

As a adult who lives alone this vest is very difficult to get on by myself. I have to wear it backwards otherwise I can’t reach the Velcro and can’t get it on at all. I also found the weights completely ineffective so I’ve just been using it for compression. It is also very boxy and because I’m curvy it doesn’t fit very well and I can’t get it tight enough in the places that would be the most comforting. Also because I have to wear it backwards it rides up. The compression is nice and helps my anxiety but it would help so much more if it fit properly. Unfortunately given the covid19 crisis I’m not comfortable going to the post office to return it otherwise I would. It’s probably fine for kids who have adults to help them put it on and who haven’t grown into their adult figures and therefore wouldn’t have a problem with the boxy-ness.
