Q: Why are the sizes different now? My daughter refuses the smaller size

Hi, Thanks for your question! Our Itzy Soother Natural Rubber Pacis have only come in one size so far, 0-6 months. The nipple is made from natural rubber latex and because this is a natural material, the nipple may expand after use. Please replace the pacifier when you see a change in size or shape of the nipple. For safety and hygienic reasons, we recommend replacing the pacifier after 4 weeks of use.

Q: Did you guys change the bulb size recently? These are the only ones my son would take and now the bulb is smaller than the originals I purchased.

Since it’s natural rubber it causes the older Binky to expand the longer they suck on it. That’s why they are different sizes. :) the older one expands because it’s more worn. The new ones will expand like the older ones with time/usage.

Yes they changed them! Now my son won’t take these smaller ones.

Q: Are these made and manufactured in usa? if not where?

Care instructions	Before first use place in boiling water for 5 minutes. Watch that the pacifier is not touching the bottom of the pot. Remove, allow to cool and squeeze any water from the . My baby said its a ok

My baby is a EBF and im struggling with pacis because she does not take any. Tried this type as pedia recommend rubber ones for her. She does take compared to other pacis but shell just will just play with her tongue and bite so i guess its a little pass. It is very light and not as soft as I expected. Feels cheap but cute color
