Does this come with a blank key where i can use my old key to make a new one?

Yes it does come with a blank key. I took my old key out and put it in the new fob. I'm sure you could have the blank cut to match the old key. I wasn't very happy with the spring on the key. It doesn't pop the key all the way out and locked and it doesn't keep the key closed flush. It hangs in my pocket. I use this for my emergency backup.

Does anybody know how to open this key fob for a Ford F150 to replace the case?

Good Day! There is no special instruction. All you need to do is carefully pry your old remote open and transfer everything to the new case. You also need to get the blade cut to match your old key.
