Q: Does the fold create a crimp in the belt?

I feel a crimp in the belt when I walk from the fold.

Q: Mines highest speed is 1.9 but this description says it should go to 4 mph? How do I change that on mine? It shows like is capped out at 1.9

You have to complete the novice guide in the app in order to unlock higher speeds. My issue is that my automatic mode seems defective and so I can’t complete the guide. Hope your works better.

Q: Can this be used on a carpet?

I use it on top of wall to wall carpet (not a rug, and a carpet with short fibers) and don't have any problems with the walking pad or the carpet.

Q: Can the speed be increased by small increments like 2.2 to 2.3 or does it jump by .5?

When it is used manually, you can adjust the speed in increments of .5.
