I ordered the wrong size wick but I have to comment on the product or Amazon won't let me tell you about the great customer service I received. The wick came well wrapped and looked sturdy and well made. It was folded in such a way that it would be easy to use without it getting into knots.Now to the company. The return was so easy to arrange with a choice of ways to return. I chose to have the item collected. It was so simple. I received an email which attached a return document. I printed this out and stuck it to the parcel. This was collected the following day by the postman. A short time after the collected the money was refunded to my account. Amazing customer service.

Ideal for larger candles

Good for 50mm to 60mm diameter, but no much larger. I may decide to order some wick of a larger diameter but want to properly try out first before deciding.

I’m yet to use them to replace my existing ones due to windy weather, but this is exactly what I wanted - to be able to cut the length I want/need for my outdoor bamboo lamps. Great!

After looking for what felt like an eternity I decided on these, my research paid off quality product and a pleasant surprise half a meter longer than specified.Look no further satisfaction guaranteed 👍

My fault it gets one star as I saw the pic of lots of different sized spools and along with it it said 1.4 to 10mm so I thought cool lots of different sizes so no need to worry about checking the size I required DOH !!!Think I ordered 5mm and I needed maybe a 2mmSent it back. Lesson learned ..Order the correct size. To late now for me as event has passed
