Yes. Band is adjustable with a “slider” type buckle

Is it supposed to include the pins?

Yes the pins should be included. Mine were in plastic in the package not in the band itself.

Can this be worn while swimming ?

I've worn it in the shower numerous times. Now there's more chemicals in a pool...this band is the stretch fabric. The most comfortable band I've ever worn. Hope it helps

Will this band fit Inspire 3?

Not sure. It depends on the fastening device

Definitely better than the silicone ones from Fitbit.

Works as expected. Minimalist and comfortable. Not sure how long it will last before it starts looking tatty.Could be cheaper, for a bit of elastic and plastic. It must cost literally pennies to manufacture.
