Great knee brace. I suffer from patellar dislocation and instability from a recurring hockey injury. I've since stopped playing hockey, but hiking and running can often lead to a tweak or total collapse. This happened roughly 3 weeks ago. I have small ACE bandages and higher end Don Joy braces - the ACE does not stay in place and I'm constantly readjusting, while the Don Joy is sometimes too large and bulky to wear for normal walking. This PowerLix brace is everything I could have hoped for. Not only is it much longer than the typical Ace knee braces, but it has a firmer hold and more stability for lateral movement. There also appears to be a very minor tacky hold to it so the brace stays in place most of the day and doesn't leave any residue or weird feel/smell.Anyone with knee pain or issues should definitely check this out!

I Really like the Prower Lix Comptession Knee Brace!! It does run small in my Option, however the company is Awesome and once I got the correct size it did Not slip down and Really holds your knees in place and is Breathable, and have worn it for several months! I hand washed it and let it dry naturally and is fine!I purchaed others that did not stay up and this one I Yruly like as it’s longer which supports the muscles and t tendons before your knee and below and Really made a difference!! I could walk or run if I could have but the brace is flexible!!Now my knee is so much better and still wear it when doing Crossfit!!😄

Sizing is my only issue. I am very small so I ordered the small. I expected it to be tight but it was pretty intense. It really dug into my skin in at the top and bottom where the rubber grips are. On accident I put it on inside out with the rubbber on the outside and it felt 100% better. It didn’t slide down at all. Not sure if the M would have been better but for now I just wear it inside out and feel so much better after long walks and other exercises. It really stabilizes my knee which has been giving me problems for years.

I ordered this after having outpatient surgery on my knee. I have rheumatoid & osteoarthritis, my surgery was for a torn meniscus. My arthritis damage was worse than expected. This compression sleeve works just as stated. It helps with pain and support. My 86 year old mom had me order her one. It is made extremely well, it stays in place & does not roll up or down. My only issue was size. I ordered the largest size (xl) knowing that my measurements was 3" larger. I slot the back and inserted elastic, worked great. I would highly recommend this item.

I purchased this item after I injured my right knee (torn acl, sprained mcl, torn lateral meniscus). I have just started physical therapy. I got 2, one for each knee as my non injured knee is sore from taking up the slack for my injured knee. I use the knee compression brace when I am not using my hinged knee brace. It provides excellent support and is very comfortable. It is true to size. It stays in position. I would like it to be a bit longer, that said it is the longest one I could find. I would purchase this again and I would recommend it to others.

My 13 year old son started suffering from his knee while playing soccer. I ordered the PowerLix sleeve and was pleased to receive it the next day. My son wore it for the entire game without feeling the pain. The sleeve compressed his knee comfortably and his knee supported the stress. The sleeve stayed comfortably on, never slipped all through the game. This is definitely a value for money compression sleeve that I would recommend for all sports. The size S fitted perfectly for a 13 year old boy weighing 98lbs. Great product and great delivery service!

I purchased this because of the great reviews. It seems to be well made with good support but...... I am only 5'1" and it covered too much of my leg to be comfortable. I really wish they made this with a shorter size option.
