Q: How does the 2 year warranty work?

Q: can it be carrier on rear pocket? will it resist the weight of an adult (~80kg /182 pounds)?

It's not bulky or overly heavy but I think it works better in the front pants pocket then back then it does in the rear pocket. In your back pocket you'll definitely notice it when you sit. Hope this helps

The code is on the edge inside the metal holder. You have to register the product yourself to get a certificate. Go to www.secrid.com/register

Q: Does this wallet hold safely metal credit cards like Chase Saphire? Will the card drop out of place if it is upside down?

The wallet is excellent and very secure. No cards have ever dropped out of my husbands wallet, no matter how thick (Apple Card) or thin. In fact you need to pull at them to get them out, the lever pushed them out part way. The wallet does not hold very many cards.
