This is a fantastic and incredibly well crafted, durable, and aestetically pleasing travel backpack.The material is thick and water resistant. The pack has neat carry configurations. It is spacious and has a useful layout (zippers, pockets, straps).I gave it 4.5. The only point off results from the main compartment zipper configuration. The main compartment zipper only unzipps 1 side of the pack (like a purse). This was awkward and ultimately reduced ease-of-use and reduced maximum usability of the pack. It limited my abolity to organize and efficiently use the main compartment space.The pack is comfortable. I will keep it! I recomend it, but might also love to see a version of this exact pack that unzipps like a normal backpack.

Heavy duty zippers and material. I trust that the interior lining is waterproof. Compartments and pockets are small, so not meant for major or multiple overnight backpacking trips. The zipper on the big pouch in front can be closed under a fabric flap, which makes it difficult to get to, but also keeps it safe. The main interior pocket has a laptop pouch, and is otherwise a wide open area. I liked that it was sturdy enough that I could check it (used a travel lock to ensure the the main compartment zippers stayed closed). Has handles and straps located at strategic locations which make it easy to lift and carry in all situations. The straps are able to be hidden by a flap that zips around the back, securing the straps inside so you can use it as a duffel bag and check it as luggage without worrying about the straps catching on things. I really like this backpack and will use it again for future travel (as well as recreational hikes and overnight trips).

This backpack seems really like on picture. It is comfortable to wear. Pocket for mobile on belt is awesome on both sides ( enough for Samsung S6). Pocket on sides for drink is enough big. Couple hooks around and also on shoulder belts so you can hangout anything. So for first looks seems pretty great. But I will see after the month I am going to hiking for 14 days after I can write more. Couple things what I will recomanded for seller put there also some extra streps for mattress on bottom. And also about roll cover on top of it I have an idea to extend the backpack, if will be necessary...So on the end of the roll put to the corner holes and on top of the backpack to the corner couple carabins. And after that can easy make extended "roof" for extra staff. Also I didn't see too much practical, that the carbine in the middle backpack is so easy to unclasp. It is only couple suggesten, for now I really recomanded...if is it quality see, after month...

I was looking for something that could be a carry on or checked bag or mini backpack. This fit the bill. By changing my packing style (going to the rolled style as opposed to folding) I was able to get enough stuff in there for 10 days abroad. I had probably 4 or 5 button down shirts, 2 pants, 5 shorts, 3 or 4 t-shirts, underwear, socks and stuff. I wanted something that the shoulder straps could be concealed and zipped in for checked purposes, and this had that. Only negative as was pointed out, is that this is a messenger style pack so everything goes in from an opening on the long side (top if you carry it, side if you use it as a back pack). This is a pain if you need the thing on the bottom. Durable too, this luggage was "lost" by the airline and took trips around the world and came back to me just fine.

got this backpack to replace the one my husband had been using since high school- it had a laptop sleeve but he carried so much stuff in it for his IT job that he looked like a turtle. I was worried it was hurting his back. This holds his laptop and all of his work stuff with room to spare and is much more durable than his old bag; all the pockets this thing has helps keep his stuff organized too! Plus, he doesn't look like a turtle carrying it around!

I travel quite a bit and I’ve been searching for the perfect travel bag for my needs and I think I’ve found the one! I’ve taken this bag on a week through Germany during the winter, two weeks through Thailand, and on budget flights where they always ping you for the size of your bag. This bag is durable, comfortable to wear, packs out to a nice shape so it can fit in an overhead luggage area or under the seat. Absolutely recommend this bag.

This bag was awesome for my purposes! I backpacked through Europe for two months with this bag. I needed something that would fit all of the flight restrictions for a carry on because I booked cheaper tickets that didn’t have checked luggage included. I also wanted it to be durable and comfortable for the days that I had to carry it for long amounts of time. It held up great, there are almost no signs of wear after two months of heavy traveling. I highly suggest if you are able to pack light, I only had a few changes of clothes but it was plenty for my purposes.

Well well well, I finally got my husband of 27 years to give up a backpack he has had for 15 years. This bag had all the features that I was looking for for him.Beautifully crafted, amazing 3 way design and well built.He travels a lot for the military and I wanted something that he could use as a carry one that would fold up nearly and be able to stored in his footlocker.This bag fit that bill. Amazing for sure.
