What us Item dimension for 0.4 gallon containter?

8" x 7" x 8"(h) - It's about the size of an 8" cube.

I cannot remove vaccum cover, I have removed the center plug. Tried prying it.. it is stuck

I have not had a problem removing the vacuum cover. I remove the plug and then press on lower edge and when the cover is slightly tilted, it breaks the vacuum and then I slide the cover up. I make a new batch of kimchi in the container every two weeks, and the container works very well.

Has anyone used this or any other kimchi crock to brew vinegar?

Our container can be used for fermenting, pickling or brewing.
