Does not fit klx300sm
I'm not returning it and the stars reflect not wanting to hurt their ratings: for other buyers wondering, this doesn't fit the klx300sm. It's the right length but it doesn't stick out far enough to clear the engine.

DOES NOT FIT
Was unable to fit this shifter onto my '18 Kawasaki KLX250. You could get it on and shift it into 1st and Neutral, but none of the other 4 gears. It touches the case.

replacement for bent oem shifter
decent replacement for my klx 230 2023 enduro. its not in the same exact position sits a little lower but it will work for now

It doesn't work for KLX230R.
In description says "This motorcycle gear shifter lever fit for KLX250 D-TRACKER 2001-2020 KLX250SF 2009-2010 KLX300 2021-2023 KLX230 KLX300R 2020-2023" but it not works for KLX230 R, it hit to casing of engine, after about 10 days waiting I received it, I didn't have time to return it and complain, then I heated from bended part and increase the angle of bend. its not fixed completely.
