Coleman 40-Quart PowerChill Thermoelectric Cooler with Power Cord, Black/Silver

I purchased the 40 quart power chill cooler with the power cord... I Bought one many years ago and when it finally went I bought another one... We live 16 miles away from the nearest super market and here in the Carolina's when it hits 90 + degrees there is no way to bring ice cream home without melting.. I plug it into my cigarette lighter before going into the store and its cooled by the time I come out. I have also used the keep warm feature when I bring a covered dish someplace and it keeps the food warm. The plug in feature came in handy when i needed to keep beverages cold for my BBQ. Just bought one for my daughter and she too loves it....

Chills quickly and has enough space to hold wine and 2 liter soda bottles standing upright which is an improvement over the older models that were slightly to shallow for that. Has been running 12 hours a day for a couple months and still works great

It did not serve its purpose. This was for an OTR driver and the cooler kept blowing fuses and the cord would get extremely hot, as if it was overheating. I thought it was brand new but I have to believe it was refurbished. I would not purchase any more appliances from Amazon.

Good product. Gets the job done. Only complaint is that the unit freezes up occasionally. I would buy this product again.

I bought this for for my husband. He is a truck driver and is on the road 5 days a week. Sometimes he would complain that there is nowhere to get food,especially when he was parked at warehouse over night. We can also use it in the car when he's off and we are on vacation. We got it for him for Father's day and he can not stop thanking us. He absolutely loves it!! Best present he ever got.

Finally had to replace the one I purchased 20 years ago this new one is a much cheaper quality very disappointed

I did a 4 week camping road trip using the cooler. The last trip I did I used a regular cooler. It leaked in my car, food containers had water get in them and I spent a good deal on ice. Not this time. On nights it was chilly or in a tent we left it in the car and other nights we plugged into electric in the small camping cabin. I hope to never use an ice cooler again. Our milk stayed good for 2 weeks before we used it all.
