As this is not a breed of dog I can not advise. However I suggest you measure the length of your dog - when laid down, and the height when fully standing. Go onto site and order the size that is either 1 or preferably twice (as it is a puppy) the size to allow for growth. A cavapoo is a mixture of 2 breeds of dogs.
