Basic, but tough
Just a basic mic cover, but great quality. Even on slightly oversized mics, I had no issues with tearing. I bought a big pack just in case they tore easy, but so far I've only needed one!

Works well on Jabra Evolve 40 and Plantronics EncorePro HW720 Headsets
I put these on 2 headsets I use daily. The Jabra Evolve 40 (for PC use with Webex, Zoom, etc.) and the Plantronics EncorePro HW720 (connected to my office desk phone). Neither one came with a windscreen originally. The Jabra was particularly sensitive to even the slightest breath sounds during normal breathing, usually from exhaling via my nose. It was tricky to position the mic such that it didn't pickup "wind noise" from my own breathing. This is not something I normally have an issue with using many other headsets. The Plantronics was less susceptible to this but sometimes had the issue also. These windscreens cured this issue immediately.-I estimate the opening in this windscreen is about 1/4" (6.3mm). If you place it on a mic this diameter, it will fit with a minimum of friction. My Plantronics is about this size and it seems to stay on with no issue. If you use it on something about 3/8" diameter (9.5mm), it will fit more snugly and stay in place quite nicely. This is how it fits on my Jabra headset (although the mic is square-ish, it approximates this size). I expect you could likely stretch it over a 1/2" diameter mic (12.7mm) but I did not try that. In one of my pictures you can see one on the end of grease pencil that is about 3/8".-Let me say something for people who are asking if they cancel background noise. THEY DO NOT. This is never the purpose or intent of any windscreen. The purpose of a windscreen is to reduce the velocity of airflow across the microphone such that the airflow does not vibrate the pick up element in the microphone. This is the cause of wind noise. Vibrations in the air from sound (most often from speech) are still conveyed accurately to the microphone element. Background sounds will still be heard unaltered. If you have had other windscreens that ever altered the level of background sounds, then they are actually too thick or dense and are attenuating all sounds, including your voice.-Windscreens can also be helpful for people who's speech will "pop" the microphone on plosive sounds such as words with the letters B and P (in English). This is caused by a sudden burst of air used to form these sounds. This small wind burst does not actually contribute to the intelligibility of the sound or the pronunciation of the letters. As with the other breath sounds, the issue is the velocity of the air across the microphone pick up element, not the frequency or intensity that it vibrates at (the actual sound).

Perfect for gaming headsets
I used this on my mic for my Corsair HS70 SE headset with removable mic. It fit a little bit loose on the microphone but seemed to stay put well enough. It would only fall off the mic when I would set the headset down and pick it up too fast. This could be fixed with some small black rubber bands though. Good product that gets the job done.

A good buy
A little big for my lapel microphone’s but nothing a zip tie or rubber band won’t fix

Easy to Use Head Mic Covers
I really like these head mic filters. I use them on two different systems. I had to trim them for a better fit on one system, but it wasn't a problem. They don't muffle the sound and work well for the price.

Nice replacement
These are a bit shorter than my OEM one for my Corsair headset...but it looks and fits well. The foam is more rigid, but then again it's no big deal, I'll see how long they last since I travel and put these in my travel bag a lot. Thus why the prior foam cover deteriorated over the years.

Good but loose on mic
They work well enough. BUT they do slide off the boom mic by themselves. It would be nice if they were a bit tighter so they would not fall off. I had purchased previous ones from another supplier that were tight. They did rip after 4-6 months but that was better than losing one every 4-7 days.
