Tiny Love Meadow Days Super Play Mat

We purchased this mat so our little one would have something more interesting to look at during "tummy time" than a blanket beneath her. The mat has turned out to be a real winner. Here's what we really like about it:1) In addition to being visually interesting, the mat has little tactile activities for your baby to explore, such as a fox tail that makes crackling noises when manipulated, or the teething carrot that can be "hidden" inside a pocket. These little discoveries mean our baby can continue to enjoy the mat as she gets better at crawling and grabbing things.2) The mat is large, so our little one will have plenty of room to explore as she starts to crawl.3) It's machine washable, and better still, it's quick drying. Just take it out of the washing machine, hang it up, it's ready to go again in just a few hours. I'm still amazed by how quickly this air dries! It also retains its original feel after being washed -- ours has been through the laundry many times and has shown no signs of deteriorating. The easy washing is wonderful because our baby spits up a LOT, so when she is on this mat she has a nice large surface beneath her that we don't have to worry about.In short, this mat has proven itself useful well beyond tummy time!

I got this for my 6 weeks old baby girl. She stared doing tummy time on the mat and it is a good size for us to both be on it. Since she has not started crawling or grabbing at things I'm not sure how all the sensory features on it will be but they are very nice features. She especially seems to like the fox tail that crinkles and looks over at it so I have been crinkling that to encourage her to lift her head to look at. The only thing I dont like about it is that it is not waterproof or at least repellent. She spit up on it one session and it just soaked right into it and I had no time to wipe it up. I just have to wash it again. I guess it is a super soft material on top so that is nice. Just cant expect both. I washed it and line dried it when I first got it so I know that it does not damage the mat. I used the delicate cycle. I use it on top of carpet so as she gets older I will have to get a waterproof mat to go under it for bigger spill messes. Overall I am very happy with this purchase.

Love this. Wish I had put it on my registry. My little one loves to move now and the smaller play mats don’t cover enough surface. This one is a bit pricey in my opinion but is a very nice quality and comes with some fun interactive aspects. I washed it on delicate with Dreft and then hung it up using 2 or so pant hangers since I don’t have a clothesline. Not being able to toss it in the dryer is a drawback. But using my improvised method (it’s quite large) it did seem to dry well. Not sure how much wear and tear it will be able to handle but it’s nice and soft and the baby loves it!

**Love it but Washing machine ok but not dryer! **This "playmat" is great I had to come here and write a review! Its been so helpful, we use it every day. We got it when the baby was about 3.5 months and now she's 6.5. At this point now that she rolls with more gusto and is beginning to sit by herself we put a comforter under it when its on the laminate (close to hardwood) floors. But even though thats a little inconvenient I still love it and so does the baby! The best thing about it is the different textured swatches and attached sensory things she can play with. She loooooves the fox tail it keeps her busy for a while!As far as washing.....The blue stuff on the back melted qhen in the dryer and got stuff all over the clothes I was washing it with.Seems to do well in the washer though and air drys in the house very quickly.

Sooooooooo easy to clean and dries fast. I love that I can throw it in the washer on gentle cycle in the evening and hang dry it overnight and its ready, like new the next morning. I also wanted a mat that was big and this is a great size. We leave it on the floor 24/7 so dont fold it at all but its also versatile in that you can fold it and carry by a handle. Ill be using it for picnic and such as she gets older but for now my baby is still enjoyinh tummy time. We've used it since day one and baby girl is 6 months old now. Only caution is there is no padding so if youre looking for something that you plan to put on jardwood floors, this isnt it. Its not thin but its not really thick either. I love it. Exactly what I wanted.

Great play mat. Is much bigger than a regular one, as well as thicker. Perfect for my little one, who’s learning to sit by himself and wants to start to crawl. My only complaints are: 1. It does not have any toy. It has one teether, one hook for toys and a mirror, but i feel it should bring at least one little toy with the cute characters featured on the mat. 2. The mirror has a really weak velcro to help it stay up. The Velcro is only on one side, trying to grip to the felt used as back for the mirror and comes off all the time (why they didn’t just use more Velcro?). 3. It is not so easy to fold in general and can’t center the button/handle, but Specially if you take it out and you don’t want the back (that was on the floor) touching the part where your baby plays.
