[EDITED REVIEW]I posted a negative review about this product because the first one I received failed miserably. However, the sellers reached out to me directly to rectify the situation. I mailed back the failed adapter and they immediately mailed me a replacement at no cost to me. Plus they reached out again to make sure the replacement worked correctly. I just got back from traveling and used the new adapter multiple times without any problems at all.Mark of a good company- when something goes wrong with the purchase, they do everything they can to make it right. That's what these guys did and I'm very happy for it.Worked for about 3 minutes, then laptop said it was running on battery power. Then I noticed a burning smell and realized the casing on the wall plug was melting. Mailed it back a few days ago. This one was the only one with any ratings on Amazon, so I hope a new one comes on the market soon...

The content of the seller's page indicates this is an OEM product. This is not an OEM product but rather a Chinese knock-off. It works, so I gave it 4 stars but Amazon needs to clean up its act and police the seller pages so the descriptions are accurate.

i got an Asus 2 in 1 Intel i7 8th gen super light laptop at Best Buy because I needed it right then. I like to have a backup power source so I had to do some serious research. I plugged the laptop in on this power source about 15 minutes ago and it has charged the laptop from 38% to 51% in 15 minutes. The laptop model is Q325UA-BI7T21. Nothing is over heating after 20 minutes as I type this.Edit- 1 hour later the laptop battery is 100% and the laptop is not hot and neither is the charger. This works as advertised.

It works fine. I wish the cord were a little longer. I pack an extension cord for the two feet I lack.

Worked great for a couple months, but after that the internal wiring started to break and the metal connector became stuck inside my computer's charging port, making the charger useless.

I bought this cord in April 2019...as if today..November 2019..the tile of the cord that goes into my laptop snapped off..I paid alot for this cord and it only lasted 7 months...I do not recommend buying this cord.

The USB-C end is crooked in the plastic casing. It had issues staying inserted into the computer and now will not stay in at all, less than 3 weeks from purchase. I am returning it.
