I was looking for a way to tone down my gray hair. I wanted it to look more salt and pepper than silver, especially on the sides and back which is cut short. This does the trick, and it is easy! After my hair is dry I just take a dab about the size of a nickel, rub my hands together, and then apply it lightly wherever I want to hide a little gray. The result is totally natural looking and works great on the short sides and back. After it dries, it stays until I wash it out. I slept with it in, and no stained pillow. It is a light holding gel, so I have to use a tiny bit of my usual pomade to get the hold right afterwards. It isn't cheap, but in my case a small amount is all I need, so I'm guessing one can will last quite a while.I have also been using Hair for Men Control GX. It is more involved and can be a little messy because it does contain dye, but doesn't really work well on short hair. I ended up getting more dark on top, and the sides and back pretty much stayed silver. The Kaf gel is great on short hair, works instantly and will hopefully give me instant results after my next haircut.Being a more mature man still in the workforce, this makes me look and feel younger, and gives me a confidence boost.

The product only works in commercials. I attempted to apply twice and I followed the instructions and waited the required time. The product completely rinsed out of my hair and there was absolutely no color change . I want a complete refund . The product was useless and a waste of my money

I used this product to balance out my salt and pepper look (looked more salt than pepper). Before graying,I was dirty blond, the medium brown is a good match. As I didn't want to be completely obvious, I mixed a small amount of Kaf with my everyday hair gel and was immediately impressed with the way it toned down any white and blended in with my darker hair. Because I am gradually upping the amount I apply, I've not yet heard any comments from others, but I am well pleased with what I see in the mirror - I will most likely repeat this purchase.

If you have grey / white hair AND you use gel BOTH, THIS is the product for you....The product works BETTER than the shampoo dyes, in that you can either DIMINISH or strengthen the EFFECT you want... My hair is almost totally white, and this stuff makes the "salt & pepper" look that I want... Old guys with TOTALLY colored hair is NOT something that I think looks good, unless you've had a complete face, neck, forehead and chinlift....But ANYWAYS this product is SAFE, it smells good, it works good and you'll be happy with the results, no matter HOW MUCH or LITTLE you want to apply✅

My husband loves this product, his hair and beard look great. He is using the dark brown color and it gives him enough coverage and a very natural look without looking too dark, good bye to dying his hair and beard every other week. This is what I loved about this product. Definitely recommended

First of all the product is everything that the 5 star reviews have said. Smells great, a longer lasting better alternative to spray on hair color. I ordered 2 cans. One of the two was malfunctioning and would not put out cream. No big deal, likely a one off event.... that said I decided to follow up with the KAF company site and send a quick email to the general company e mail box. I kid you not I got a text back to my phone within 30 seconds (i am not exaggerating) of sending the initial email! 3O SECONDS! They immediatly addressed the problem and solved it. Net, net.... KAF is a class act group.

It doesnt cover your grays, it puts a very very slight tint to your hair, but far from covers it, it also doesnt dry, i blew dryed my hair, also waited 15 minutes to dry as also recommended and still didnt work. i took a kleenex and wiped across my hair and the color came off on the kleenex. 30 bucks for this is ridiculous, this should be on one of those infomercials for things that DO NOT WORK.! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.
