The lever has to be twisted towards the on + off markings set in top of transparent lid! Trial + error sequence can soon be sort out. Instructions should be comprehensively much clearer.

Has a 5 minute timer as a maximum run time safeguard. Not tested as don't need to run it for that long!

Made in China, no big enough for a duvet, takes 2 large bath towels.
