Splat Complete/Semi Permanent Hair Colour Kit Luscious Raspberry

Have used Splat before - in Pink Fetish Splat Complete/Semi Permanent Hair Colour Kit Pink Fetish & Lusty Lavender Splat Complete/Semi Permanent Hair Colour Kit Lusty Lavender- and found it to be superior to all other dyes I have tried(Manic Panic, Crazy Colours, Directions, Stargazer etc). So when deciding which dye to use to go red the decision was easy. Luscious Raspberry did not disappoint. All the vibrant, long lasting amazing colour I have come to expect from Splat.I am not sure why others say there is not enough dye. While not very thick, my hair reaches the midpoint of my back and one bottle of this is more than enough to cover all my hair with enough left over for root touch-ups. I apply with a hair tinting brush Quality Pink Hair Tint Brush for even coverage.Other tips - I leave the dye in longer than stated for a really deep, long lasting result (1+hours)Rinsing with cool/cold water will help preserve colour.This stuff really stains quick. Cover surfaces you don't want damaged. Wear clothes you don't care about and use vaseline on your ears, neck & forehead. Wipe up any drips immediately. And wear the gloves - even when rinsing colour out.

Brought this product on a whim. I normally use crazy colour (fire) but found it was a little bit bright for work. This went on well and developed in less time the it suggested. I decided not to use the bleach provided and I wanted the colour to be a little bit darker. Saying that, my hair is pretty similar to the colour on the box. It means that I still have some bleach left over for next time and when my roots show though. Box was a little damaged on arrival but that doesn't make any difference to me

Sounds weird, but this matters. Best smelling hair colour to apply, makes it less uncomfortable ^^ a bit lighter than imagined, but hair colours always are very individual to what your hair is like already.

Omg this is amazing i have been dying my hair red for years ,but wanted it bright red but was very costly at the salon so i had to go back to dark red,then i read all the reviews and so glad i found this im very happy !

Hi I bought this for my daughter, I put it on her hair, and it looked great a really beautiful raspberry, it was so nice, but with in a week, it had lost the beautiful colour and turned an orangey colour, and with in about 2 weeks it was almost gone, I wouldn't reccommend this dye, my daughter does go swimming a bit, which probably didnt help, but I wont be buying this in the future, its really expensive takes hours to apply it, covers all your bedding, tops, towels, red, all her jammies, dont put your self through the stress of this stuff, its not worth it, the passion red you buy from live XXL is the same colour with out the hassle,hope this was helpfull to you.

my wife loves this colour for her hair she used it in america and when we got back we went on line to se if we could get it so i have got it for her every 3 months

this is one of the longest lasting red hair colours out there, longer lasting than punky colours like manic panic, directions and crazy colour ect..(which i also love!)however it is a hair STAIN, so it will stain your skin, and everything it touches, so put Vaseline on your hair line and ears, i had red ears for a week!

The colour is nice, and shiny, but it is extremely pink, not dark red as seen in the picure.Moreover, the colour fades away. After two weeks I am now a gingerhead.It is the first red I try, so I don't know how other brands behave...but I won't try this again.
