what is it like for comfort? Even with tools?

I bought this for my son who works in construction. He said it is comfortable as a backpack with tools in it and he also uses as a pull along tool bag.

Not sure about a replacement handle, sorry. Mine broke after 2 days. It's a rubbish piece of kit!
