Q: Is there a way to buy additional magazines?

I have not found any additional magazines on Amazon or online. I was hoping to hear from the manufacturer, but no reply as of yet.

Q: How do we contact the manufacturer for warranty questions, the battery won’t charge and we just got the gun on Monday?

I had the same problem and just had to tell Amazon I want my money back. It's trash and the manufacturer won't ever contact you back.
