ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS
I have to limit myself to watching only 2 x 45minute episodes in one evening, otherwise I would be up all night binge viewing this great, very well acted and produced series. I use the recap button to recall all the many twists and turns in the previous episodes. Francis Underwood absolutely brilliant acting .... Kevin Spacey, the man .... enough said!!

guilty pleasure
Guilty because of what we've learnt about the star. I've wanted to watch this series for years, but refused to subscribe to a certain media service to do so. I eventually gave in and bought the box set hoping that the bad media might have pushed the price lower. Morally dubious I know, but what can you do

I had heard good reviews about this box set and I am not disappointed, bit slow for first season where scene getting set and characters coming into their own. Full of manipulation, conspiracy, game playing and Kevin Spacey shows his great acting skills it is fast paced I am hooked and only on season 2.

Great start, but has its problems
Having just started this set it obviously has the potential to engross, being a huge fan of the British version. But it is being spoilt for me by mumbling actors and actresses, particularly the actress who plays the young reporter (the equivalent of Matte in the UK version) I barely understand a word she is saying. Still, she presumably won't be in the production for too long.Sadly this is a problem that afflicts quite a number of US productions of recent years

Fantastic! My husband ,who thought he wouldn't like it as much as the British version, has been pleasantly surprised. Kevin Spacey just keeps on getting better. His asides to the camera are just as engaging as Ian Richardson's. What fabulous entertainment for anyone with a brain that enjoys being exercised. CCW

Different than the previous seasons, still excellent
This season is completely different than the others, as the Underwoods face new enemies.The writing and the cinematography are top notch, as always.The quality of the collection is of the highest standards

A brilliant series - and regardless of what you think of Stacy personally -he makes this series.The acting is superb, the story lines unfortunately very believable. The series is intense and has you sitting on the edge of your seat to see what happens next. Very highly recommended.

Was worried these wouldn't play in my lg blu-ray player since I couldn't find a country code but they work and this price for 4 seasons is a great value

SEASON 1-3 was pretty good
season 1-3 was awesome, season 4 just seemed to start dragging, and by season 5 I'm just done.
