Can the airpods pro 2 still charge on the apple watch charger with this case on?

It doesn’t charge using the Watch Charger, no!…I was curious myself and found this works fine as normal but with the case on, no luck…the magnet does grip it slightly but probably because of the concave design the charging doesn’t take place! Flat Qi chargers do work fine but Watch charger unfortunately not

Is there supposed to be sticky pads to keep the case on ? As mine didn't come with any

No, it just slots on. I ended up throwing the case away and buying another that locks. No point protecting the case when the airpods can still go flying if you drop it.
