Q: Hello, is this safe to feed horses? if so what quantity would you suggest? I have read Pat Coleby's book on Natural Horse Care and she suggests.

We bought this as an addition to the soil in the kitchen garden to correct the Ph levels. It is lime.....lime is corrosive and dangerous if misused. Lime burns. I can't imagine any circumstances when it should be ingested by any animal.

Q: Omya make coarse, granulated, and fine. What is this one?

Q: Can you mix this with water to then water plants with to bring the soil ph down

I use it directly on the soil, but yes, in very dilute quantities, I am sure you can water it in.
