I recently bought this set of two replacement key fob shells for my 2013 Ford F150, and I’m really pleased with the purchase. Here’s my experience with them:Fit and Finish: The key fob shells fit perfectly with the internal components from my old key fobs. The buttons align just right, and the overall build quality feels solid. The plastic is durable and doesn’t feel cheap at all. Plus, the buttons have a nice, tactile feel when pressed.Installation: Swapping out the old shells for these new ones was a breeze. It took me about 10 minutes to do both key fobs. Overall, this was a good product. Installation was a little more confusing than expected. There are 3 components to this as you replace it. One tip for this item is to have the key made before you transfer your old key fob guts into this new fob. Once you snap it together it’s a bear to remove again. The old key fob was difficult to open as well. I ended up using a dab of super glue and a pair of vice grips to hold close until the next day when the glue was dried. Overall, good quality key fob and replacement. Yes, I recommend this item.

I was able to take apart my broken F-150 key and put the chip and board from the old key in the new key and it fit perfectly. I took the old physical key to Lowe's, bought the 24a size car key, and had them copy the old key on to this new key instead. Worked perfectly...and didn't cost $250.

This product did not fit together as stated. It does not hold together securely. Rather than going through the hassle of sending it back and waiting, i just wrapped it all around with tape to hold it securely. This also prevented me from being able to use the buttons. Little silver parts on the inside just fall out when you open it also.

Perfect replacement for my f150 key fobs. As long as your chip Is working in your old units you shouldn’t have to reprogram them.

This product was for a 2011ford f350 ignition key with built in key fob. The key could have worked bvut the fob part didn't align inside that part,buttons alignment was incorrect fit. Thank you!!

The only part of this key fob that kinda works is the Rubber diagram piece. If I could have found the brand I have with the brand key fob that I ordered it might have worked better. It took me a while to figure the rubber diagram face. It would be nice to know the brand or manufacturer when you purchase.

Got key cut at retailer then popped in the circuit board and battery from my old worn out key. Works perfectly.

See the little metal piece? Where does it go? There are no instructions and seemingly no place for this piece. I contacted the manufacturer from the page who told me they didn’t produce this. Getting very frustrated here.
