Great product, but Amazon really?
The Laptop is awesome which is more than fortunate considering Amazon shipping. Thankful for Leveno's packaging because when it was placed in the amazon shipping box, (which was at least 5 times the size of the Leveno package. WITHOUT packing material it rolled around like a BB in a matchbox. COme on Amazon, get your act together.

RiteBuy Electronics has NO customer service
The laptop was purchased on February 27, 2025 but I did not receive it till March 4, 2025. There were issues from the beginning with constant rebooting but I thought it was just upgrade issues. I contacted Lenovo on April 10, 2025 which was only 6 days after refund date from RoteBuy Electronics. They were only willing to have the laptop sent to their repair company at my expense. A reputable seller with morals and ethics would acknowledge the laptop failed and would at minimum offer to replace the item. As of April 23, 2025 I have disputed the charges with my credit card company and reported the seller to Amazon.

The picture quality is excellent. It was easy to set up and is very fast.
The screen is smaller than my old laptop but I have adjusted to it and don't miss the larger screen. It runs very fast. Screen quality is excellent. I don't use it for video games but I download and play lots of music, sell on E-Bay, and watch Disney+ , Netflix, and listen to Amazon Music. I am 70 years old was able to set up and use this laptop with no problem. The only thing I don't like is that computers in general do not come with more than one USB port and do not have a CD/DVD player. I bought a player and also a USB hub so that solved that problem. I have more that enough space on the SSD drive. I am very happy with my Lenovo which was suggested to me by a person who repairs computers.
