How do you tighten these? Mine arrived but I can't use them as they will not tighten up enough and only flop over.

Does work. The screw at bottom can be stiff so use pliers

The thread on the bottom screw must be broken as it will only partly tighten and then goes slack again and will not hold up the tools?
